2.2 Workshop and Short Programs
For intensive workshops and programs of 1-5 days duration:
- More than 7 days before start: Full refund minus €30 administrative fee
- 3-7 days before start: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before start: No refund
- After program begins: No refund
2.3 Advanced Communication Program
For our premium 12-week Advanced Communication Program:
- Full refund available up to 21 days before program start (minus €100 administrative fee)
- No refunds after program commencement
- Special payment plans may have different terms
3. Consultation Services Refund Terms
3.1 Individual Consultations
- Cancellation 48+ hours in advance: Full refund or free rescheduling
- Cancellation 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund or reschedule with €25 fee
- Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund, may reschedule for 50% of session fee
- No-show: No refund, full session fee applies
3.2 Consultation Packages
For multi-session consultation packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata within 90 days of purchase
- Minimum of €50 administrative fee applies
- After 90 days, unused sessions expire with no refund
- Packages purchased at discount rates are non-refundable

If we cancel a course or program:
- Full refund of all fees paid
- Option to transfer to alternative course or date

- Must be refunded as complete packages

10. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We take fraud seriously. Fraudulent refund requests may result in:
- Immediate denial of refund

11. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution:
